Once you know where to spend your money, it’s time to get the ball rolling! Find sponsors that can back your event and give it more street cred. For example, your event is about NFT, look for NFT investors and companies.

From there, you will find people willing and interested in becoming speakers or moderators for your crypto event. This should definitely have a budget, because these names will bring your audience in!

Lastly, find media that will want to cover or write about your event. This, like the others, will make your event look more professional and trustworthy.

5. Design the Exhibit Space!

Now that your event is coming together, you should be designing your event space. Remember: for a physical crypto event, your guests should “enter” the world of crypto. Make it look as fun, inventive, and interesting as your industry.

It also helps to choose an event space that gives you freedom to design. Social Affinity, which is a Venuerific Choice Winner for “Rising Star Event Venue” is an example of this.

A cosy and minimalist space, Social Affinity is a multi-functional event space that has its own event staff, tech support, and stage. They can definitely help you plan your next crypto event in Singapore from top to bottom.

6. Promote your event!

Run ads for your event and find the best target audience for them. Learn where your audiences love to stay online (Twitter? Facebook? Linkedin?) and try to get to them there!

7. Manage your Attendees!

Weeks holding the actual crypto event, check back in on the number of attendees you have and will be having. Make sure that their ticket tiers are not too overcrowded, so that everyone can have a good time.

In line with this, it’s best to make sure your crypto event’s final list of activities. Thus, when the event day arrives, it will not be messy and everyone knows what they are getting into.

8. Check on your venue and set-up before the big event!

As you manage your crypto event attendees, make sure you are also checking in on your event space. Does it live up to the original design? Is it the best space for your attendee count? Where will the food, tables and chairs be?

Do this at least a week before your event so that if anything goes wrong, you have time to fix them. However, if you do not want to provide your own chairs and tables, why not hold your crypto event at an auditorium? (Especially if your event is centered on talks and not networking!)
