TEAMWORK MAKES DREAMWORK. Venuerific has launched a new tool that optimizes venue management for your team. From event managers, sales managers, F&B managers, restaurant managers to founders, everyone can be given their space to manage. Here is a simple 3 step guide on how to get started!
Managing a event venue, distributing the tasks and roles to team mates and keeping track of the progress could be a tiresome process. What if al of that could be completed within one single website? This tool helps a venue owner and his/her team to oversee, allocate and track how each team member is managing the venue. So how do you give them the access? Before you begin, do ensure your colleagues have signed up and made an account in Venuerific. Lets get to business!
- Log in to your Venuerific account.
- Go to “My Venues“
- Click on the option “Manage Users“
Once you have clicked on “Manage Users”, you will land on a page that shows the users in your venue. At the right side, you will see a button that says “Invite A User”. Click that button and a form will be dropped. Type in the email address your colleague has used to register as a member in Venuerific. Fill up details such as their first name and last name. Once you are done, press “Send Invite”.

Shout out to your colleagues to accept the email invitation. Terrific! Now you are ready to work as a team!
Once you have clicked on Send Invite, an invitation will be sent to their email. Shout out to your colleagues and let them know about the invitation that you have sent. Now, all that they have to do is simply press “Manage Venue” and join you as one of the users. Terrific! Everyone in your team is on-board now. You can easily and efficiently allocate the venues, tasks, check event inquiries, chat with the organizers directly, approve events and host memorable events at your venue.
